We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused or unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please review your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice that an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can assess the situation and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for returns, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or made-to-order products (including personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty items). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please feel free to contact us for clarification.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the quickest option is to return the original product. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Regardless of the policies stated above, if your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when received—unused or unworn, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase will also be required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider, and it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.
